To send blood samples for genetic testing you will need to have 3 (lavender top coloured) tubes of blood drawn. Label the samples with your name and keep them in a plastic bag or envelope. You will not need to refrigerate them, however they should be delivered to Dr. Koenekoop within 2 weeks of being drawn. Samples can be brought or mailed to the address below:
